Abstract: COSTELO, CHARLES PATRICK D., and DY, KHARLA ALIEHSA C., Taragotchi: A Mobile Informatics for Proper Feeding and Care Sheet of Tarantulas. An Undergraduate Thesis Manuscript. Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. April, 2017. Adviser: Ms. Vanessa G. Coronado. The study entitled, Taragotchi: A Mobile Informatics for Proper Feeding and Care Sheet of Tarantulas, aimed to help spread awareness about tarantulas, deliver proper care by tracking, maintaining, managing, and providing information, improve data gathering, and overall health care assistance for tarantulas. This study demonstrates a venture into the possibilities of improving the welfare of tarantulas that live in an environment where they are dependent on human presence. Furthermore, this study provides valuable insights that can advance the design of proper care sheets intended for tarantulas. The application helps the user in terms of collection, and maintenance, even in storing data were secured in their database thereby providing integrity since the information that they gathered plays a critical role in taking good care of tarantulas.
