Abstract: CAGUITLA RENALYN P., APACIBLE KIM SANDELL C. The extent of efficiency of the female police officers on their administrative and operational function. Undergraduate Thesis .Bachelor of Science in Criminology,College of Criminal Justice.Cavite State Univerity,Indang,Cavite April 2018.Adviser.Famela Iza C Matic,PhD. The study was conducted from May 2017 to April 2018 in Alfonso, Indang and Naic which were categorized as first class municipalities of District 7, Province of Cavite. The participants were female police officers, their colleagues and community. The study mainly focused on the extent of efficiency of the female police officers on their administrative and operational functions. Upon gathering results, It was observed that there is a significant difference between the perception of female police officers, colleagues and community on the efficiency of female police officers in terms of administrative and operational functions. Descriptive method was used in the study to determine the perception of the female police officers, colleagues and community on efficiency of female police officers in administrative and operational function. The participants were composed of 180 police officers and community which were divided into three, 29 female police officers, 61 male colleagues and 90 community. A self-made questionnaire was used as data gathering tool in the study. Based on the result of the study, the extent of female police officers in terms of administrative function and operational function were perceived as highly efficient by their male colleagues and as efficient by the community. In addition, there was no significant relationship between demographic profile and extent of efficiency of female police officers. Therefore, the null hypothesis that there is significant difference between the perception of female police officers, colleagues and community on efficiency of female police officers in terms of administrative and operational function was rejected.
