Five- point Likert Scale was also used to measure the implementation of occupational hazard and safety programs and services, level of compliance of workers and to measure the perceived effect of occupational hazard and safety compliance of the company to workers. In determining the relationship between the workers' compliance and perceived effect and the socio-demographic profile and level of compliance of the workers towards occupational hazard and safety measures, Pearson Correlation Coefficient was used. Based on the result, sixty percent of the participants belonged to the age bracket of 18 to 25 years old and mostly female (53%). Most of the respondents were single (83%), while the remaining (15%) was married and (1%) were separated. Forty-four percent were high school graduate, twenty-eight percent were college graduate, twelve percent were undergraduate, ten percent were vocational, three percent were elementary graduate and the remaining .5% has no formal education. In addition, most of the workers length of service was ranging from one to five years (51 %), thirty-eight percent was less than one year, eight percent was ranging from six to ten years and the remaining two percent was ranging from eleven to fifth teen years. Most of the workers were employed at the electronics industry with the 26 percent. The relationship of socio-demographic characteristics to workers level of compliance, only age, educational attainment and length of service had a significant relationship on compliance of the workers towards the occupational hazard and safety measures of the company. On the other hand, tht relationship between workers compliance with company's occupational hazard and safety measures and its perceived effect on workers' productivity reveals that compliance had a significant relationship to productivity as perceived by the workers.
