This study was conducted to help the cooperative manage its risks, enhance its value and improves business performance. The problems encountered were: (1) limited materials in dissemination of information; (2) difficulties in handling the files of the committees; and (3) difficulties in consolidating the quarterly reports. SCRUM methodology was used to develop the system. The system has only one plat forms which is web application, and was evaluated through the use of non-technical and technical evaluation sheet based on ISO 9126. The researchers used mean and standard deviation to analyze the raw data on the evaluation sheet. The non-technical aspect of the system includes functionality, reliability, usability, and user-friendliness. The overall functionality got a. mean score of 4. 68, the overall reliability got a mean score of 4.66, the overall usability got a mean score of 4.75, and the overall user-friendliness got a mean score of 4.86. The overall non-technical evaluation got a verbal interpretation of "Excellent". The technical aspect of the system includes functionality, reliability, usability, efficiency, maintainability, portability, and user-friendliness. The overall functionality got a mean score of 4. 32, the overall reliability got a mean score of 4.36, the overall usability got a mean score of 4.63, the overall efficiency got a mean score of 4.56, the overall maintainability got a mean score of 4.60 the overall portability got a mean score of 4.60, and the overall user-friendliness got a mean score of 4.80. The overall technical evaluation got verbal interpretation of -Excellent". Based on the results, the system fully meets and far exceeds the most expectations.
