Online resources: Abstract: PASCUA, KHARISMA DIANNE S. Development of Automated Transformer Rewarding Machine. Undergraduate Design Project. Bachelor of Industrial Technology in Electrical Technology. Cavite State University, lndang, Cavite. May 2018. Adviser: Mr. Garry B. Cahibaybayan. The study was conducted from January 2018 to April 2018 at Cavite State Indang, Cavite. Generally, the study aimed to develop automated transformer rewinding machine. Specifically, the study aimed to: 1) design an automatic rewinding machine in small-scale; 2) fabricate an automatic rewinding machine in small-scale; 3) test and evaluate the automatic rewinding machine; and 4) conduct cost analysis. Descriptive statement was used in the study to determine if the rewinding machine is interesting, safe and durable, easy to operate and understand, reliable in imparting knowledge, accordingly show real parts and uses, and help the instructors in lectures and demonstrations. Pertinent data were gathered from the participants of the study. The Arduino Uno is a microcontroller board based on the ATmega328 (datasheet). It has 14 digital input/output pins (of which 6 can be used as PWM outputs), 6 analog inputs, a 16 MHz ceramic resonator, a USB connection, a power jack, an ICSP header, and a reset button. It contains everything needed to support the microcontroller; simply connect it to a computer with a USB cable or power it with a AC-to-DC adapter or battery to get started. Based on the results, the researcher concluded that the automated transformer rewinding machine was efficient as an alternative way of winding coils. Cost computation was also done to determine the total amount of the study. A total cost of Php 11,197.00 was used in purchasing all the components used in the study as well as the miscellaneous expenses.
