The purpose of this study was to ascertain the degree of organizational commitment, level of job performance and the relationship between organizational commitment and job performance of non-academic employees in terms of quality and quantity of work.
The study was carried out on non-academic employees of Cavite State University. Survey questionnaires were used to gather data from 206 participants. Descriptive statistical tools were used to analyze the data.
Result-of the statistical analysis indicated that non-academic employees were moderately committed to the organization and had a moderate level of performance. Significant positive relationship between organizational commitment and their job performance in terms of quality and quantity of work were found.
