The study entitled, "Management Information System for Wellington Place Subdivision
— General Trias Cavite" was conducted to serve the primary beneficiary of the system.
Specifically, it aimed to: l . design the system with the following features: a.) specification of the
transaction to provide a list of record so that the residence will notify the monthly dues through
notification module and to present the events of the association through announcement
module; b.)consist of a fair and secure information provided in user account module and
development of an easy interaction regarding the inquiries of the interested new buyers or
renters; c.) enhancement of residences profile, to enlist every single person in the subdivision
with information sorted in gender and age; 2. create a system using PHP, XAMPP, Adobe
Photoshop, HTML and Notepad++; 3. test and improve the functionality Of the system using
Unit Testing. 4. evaluate the performance of the developed System upon the deployment.
Iterative Methodology was used for the development of the software. It has six phases
namely: planning and requirements, analysis and design, implementation phase, software
testing, evaluation phase and deployment phase.
The system was developed using different development tools which includes Windows
8.1 as operating system, Apache as the server, MyStructured Query Language (MySQL) for the
database, PHI): Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) as the programming language (HTML) and
Cascading Style Sheet (CSS) for designing the system.
The software evaluation used the following criteria: functionality, reliability, usability
efficiency, maintainability, portability and user-friendliness. Software was evaluated by ten (10)
IT experts from Cavite State University, Indang , Cavite. The software passed all the criteria
for the evaluation and had met all the needed requirements for the software.
