Abstract: GATDULA, ASLEY MAE VIDA, Inventory Management of Toyota Dasmarinas Cavite. An undergraduate Case Study Bachelor of Science in Business Management major in Operations Management. Cavite State University. January 2018. Adviser: Ms. Maria Cristina L Desepida. A case study was conducted at Toyota Dasmarinas Cavite at Salitran II, Dasmarinas Cavite from October 09, 2017 to November 11, 2017. It aimed to (1) describe the profile of Toyota Dasmarinas Cavite; (2) describe the inventory management system of Toyota Dasmarifias, Cavite; (3) analyze the inventory management used by Toyota Dasmarillas, Cavite using SWOT (Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats) analysis; (4) identify the problems encountered by the firm in its inventory and stocks, and; recommend feasible solutions to these problems. The study focused on the analysis of inventory management of the company. Data were gathered through personal interview with the staffs and employees and observations of the daily operations of the company. Other information were gathered from the records maintained in the office files. This study presented some information in the company's history, organization and management, and products of the company, and others. Descriptive method of analysis was used in analyzing the data regarding the inventory management of Toyota Dasmarinas Cavite. Toyota Dasmarinas Cavite offers a variety of vehicle products such as 86, Avanza, Camry, Corolla Altis, FJ Cruiser, Fortuner, Hi Ace, Hilux, Innova, Rav4, Vios, Livigo and Yaris. They also offer vehicle services and parts.
