This study sought to analyze the welfare benefits provided by Task Us Cavite on their BPO Workers in relation to the Philippine Labor Code (P.D. 442). Specifically, it also aimed to distinguish the welfare benefits guaranteed by the Philippine Labor Code or P.D. 442 for BPO Workers; to determine the welfare benefits provided by Task Us for their BPO employees; to find out the implications of the offered welfare benefits to the Task Us worker; and to assess the management's performance level for welfare benefits implementation as perceived by employees' satisfaction. This study used descriptive method. The descriptive research was used to analyze the congruency of P.D. 442 or the Philippine Labor Code to the welfare benefits provided by Task Us on their BPO Workers. Purposive sampling technique was used in this study. Self-made questionnaire was integrated as a gathering tool to analyze the implications of the welfare benefits and determine the performance level of Task US management through employees satisfaction. The findings of the study showed that the welfare benefits provided by Task Us Cavite are congruent to the Philippine Labor Code. The Rank and File employees rated the company based on their satisfaction towards the implementation of welfare benefits. The good implementation of welfare benefits reflects the better implications to both employees and employer. Performance rating of the company management was at high level based on employee's satisfaction towards welfare benefits implementation.
