This study aims to describe the level of effectiveness of personnel security implemented
in Cavite State University-Main Campus amidst the pandemic as perceived by the school
personnel and the non-personnel. This study aims to identify the problems encountered by the
participants on the implementation of personnel security in Cavite State University-Main
Campus amidst the pandemic. Descriptive method was used in collecting information and analyzing data for this study.
The primary source of data was the selected college students of Cavite State University-Main
Campus and convenience sampling technique was used in order to select the involved
respondents in the study. The research instrument used was a self-made survey questionnaire
which was distributed through Google Forms and other social media platforms. The participants
of the study involved one hundred (100) respondents who were randomly chosen, with twenty
(20) each coming from the faculty, security, staff, visitors, and students of Cavite State
University-Main Campus. The result of the study shows that the school personnel perceived the
personnel security implemented in the school to be extremely effective.
On the other hand, non-school personnel perceived it to be effective only. With regard to
the problems associated with the implementation of these measures, both groups said that they
experienced the problems associated with the implementation of these. It was also found out
that there was no significant difference between the perceived level of effectiveness in the
