Abstract: JAVIER LOURIZ JANE A. Student’s Exposure to “I Juander” and Appreciation of Filipino Culture. Undergraduate Thesis. Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication major in Journalism. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. April 2014. Adviser: Ms. Lisette D. Mendoza. This study was conducted on November 2013 to March 2014 at Cavite State University-Main, Indang, to find out the students’ level of exposure to “I Juander” and appreciation of Filipino Culture among Bachelor of Science in Agriculture first year students of CvSU Main Campus. Specifically it aimed to determine the: level of exposure of the participants to ”I Juander”; level of appreciation of the participants in Filipino culture; and determine if there is a relationship between the exposure level of the participants in “I Juander” and Appreciation of Filipino culture. Survey questionnaires were used to gather data in this study which applied descriptive method of research. Purposive sampling was used in this study. The results of the study showed that the participants of this study have an average exposure to “I Juander”; they moderately appreciate Filipino culture; and there is no relationship between students’ exposure level to “I Juander” and appreciation of Filipino culture.
