The design project "A Proposed Redevelopment of Philippine National Railways Paco Station Complex" was conducted from August 2018 to June 2019 under the supervision of Architect Paolo Jose P. Llanes.
The study aimed to apply architectural programming on the design method to accomplish establishment of the design criteria, design concept, design philosophy, and to provide effective plan for the redevelopment. The proposal was intended to provide the needs of the people around the site. In addition to that, it also aimed to create a study in preserving and conserving historical structure.
The site was located at Paco, Manila. At the end of the study, the researchers provided a site development plan, floor plans, elevations, sections and perspectives for architectural presentation. The researchers documented and provided a manuscript of the design proposal.
