Warehouse flow processes are preparation of materials needed in the farm, purchasing of supplies, checking of materials and warehouse stocking. While the production flow basically starts at pruning, watering leaves, stem cleaning, preparation of potting media, pricking, hardening, land preparation for mother plant and production are, transplanting, putting of net, and the cultural management in nursery, mother plant and production area which are the weeding, applying fertilizers, disbudding, watering, lights off/blackout, and harvesting. In distribution flow, they delivered mostly the harvested flowers to their customers within Cavite specifically in Tagaytay. As the proponent observed the company's supply chain, the researcher found out that the company has problems involving its proper scheduling of watering, transplanting, spraying, disbudding etc., lack of technology, the suppliers, lack of knowledge on floriculture and the inconsistency of the quality of their flowers. In order to solve the problems stated, recommendations were also presented to serve as the company's guide in improving the areas of production.
