Abstract: The “Computer-Based Inter-Office Communication” is designed to bridge communication in an office environment and many other benefits. Its main purpose is to provide fast, direct and effective change of information and ideas. The software was created for the users of Cavite State University Imus, Cavite, for them to have helpful software that can make their task lot easier. The users can send messages to the other users with the use of chat in this task they can easily communicate and interact with each other. This software will can be very useful on the Local Area Network like small office, home office, and office environment because each of the features of this software is intended to provide certain benefits to the user. The researcher used the Water Fall Model as a software development life cycle during the development of the system and the phases of the water fall model are the requirements, analysis, design, coding, testing and maintenance.
