This study was conducted to evaluate the Adolescent and Youth Reproductive Health Program (AYRHP) which was implemented in selected public high schools in the City of Dasmarinas, Cavite. It specially aimed to 1. determine the socio-demographic profile of the participants in terms of; age, sex, educational attainment, religion, civil status, parent's marriage status, their occupation and monthly family income. 2. determine the level of participation of the high school students in Adolescent and Youth Reproductive Health Program; 3. determine the perceived level of effectiveness of the students about the Adolescent and Youth Reproductive Health Program in terms of: a. content of the program, b. speaker, c. strategies and method of teaching, d. facilities, 4. determine the effectiveness of the Adolescent and Youth Reproductive Health Program in terms of; a. increasing knowledge on adolescent sexuality and other health related concerns as evaluated by the students, b. communicating concerns of adolescent sexuality to their parents and big sisters as evaluated by the facilitators/ school faculty. The researchers utilized a quantitative descriptive approach. The data gathered were tallied, interpreted, and statistically analyzed. The mean, frequency and percentage were used to present the demographic profile and frequency distribution of 290 student V participants. Finally, the effect among these dependent variables to independent variables was determined through Chi Square and Spearman Rank Correlation Coefficient. The participants of the study obtained consensus that the AYRH Program is effective in its content, speaker's ability to teach, in terms of strategies and methods of teaching and facilities. The results of the study showed that there is no direct effect between the student's level of participation such as signing of attendance, sharing their related experiences about their physical changes, socializing with other adolescents, brainstorming and other activities in AYRHP and their level of knowledge about the in AYRH Program. The study revealed that there was direct effect between the student's level of participation to the level of effectiveness of AYRHP in increasing knowledge on adolescent sexuality and other health related concerns as well as in communication of concerns about their own sexuality and to their parents and bid sister midwives. The study also shows that there is a significant relationship in the level of knowledge of students and level of effectiveness of AYRHP There is no direct relationship between students' level of knowledge and their participation to AYRH program. This implies that high school students' level of knowledge was related to the effectiveness of AYRHP in selected public high schools in the City of Dasmarinas, Cavite.
