Abstract: VICEDO, CHRISTEL ANN T. Operations Management of Dyna Micro Precision Toolings and Fabrications Inc. Case Study. Bachelor of Science in Business Management major in Operations Management. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. May 2017. Adviser: Prof Rowena R. Noceda. A case study was conducted at Dyna Micro Precision Toolings and Fabrications Inc., Silang Cavite from January 9, 2017 to February 28, 2017. Generally the study aimed to describe the profile of the company; describe the products of the company; describe the machineries, manpower, and materials used by the company; describe the operation procedure of the company; analyze the different activities included in the production area; Identify the problems encountered by the firm and recommend feasible solution. Primary data were obtained through observations and personal interviews with the manager, production staffs, technical staffs and other employees. Secondary data were obtained from the existing files and records of the company. There are several steps involved in the production process of the firm it includes the cutting, squaring, drilling, slotting, CNC Milling, Grinding, Tapping, Assembly, Quality Control, Packaging, and Delivery. The firm's operational practices are manufacturing of product, delivery, warehouse, inventory, packaging, and arrangement of raw aterials. After a thorough analysis on the operations management of Dyna Micro Precision Tooling and Fabrications Inc., the whole organization provided the best quality of product to serve to their loyal customers. The firm builds a strong relationship with their suppliers for them to get better quality materials that will be use in the production. Their machineries are being checked before and after the production to ensure the safety of the workers and company. The workers followed the safety guidelines that were stated in their manual in order to avoid harping themselves. The firm must adapt new technologies like auto machineries that may possibly increase not just the efficiency but also the productivity of the firm. Another thing, the firm shall find an alternate supplier that is just within Cavite area to avoid damaging the ordered materials while being delivered. The firm experienced having urgent orders that's why they need to invest more in machineries and the firm need more people to work in the production that will be very useful in the future.
