The case study conducted in Sydenham Laboratories Inc. (SLI). It is located in Km 34E, Aguinaldo Highway near cor. Governor's Drive, Dasmarinas, Cavite. The main objective of the study aimed to describe the profile of the company. It also aimed to describe the procurement process of raw materials, packaging materials and indirect materials, describe the distribution process of the finished goods, analyzed the procurement process and distribution management of finished goods of the company using SWOT analysis and to determine problems encountered in procurement and distribution management and recommend a feasible solution. This study gives an overview of the procurement process of raw materials, packaging materials and indirect materials and distribution process of finished goods. The study used primary and secondary data in order to collect relevant information pertaining to procurement and distribution process of the company. Primary data related to the information on how the company managed their procurement and distribution process were done through observation and personal interviews with the employees of the purchasing department and logistic officer. While secondary data were obtained through available records or documents of the company including its website. Other books and related research studies relevant to the topic were also used as a source of data. The author used a descriptive method to describe the procurement and distribution process of the company to accomplish the objectives of the study. The study used SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, & threats) analysis to evaluate the procurement and distribution process of the company. Sydenham Laboratories Inc. has been in the industry for more than 40 years and operating that long, it has already developed different strategies in order to improve the operation of the company. The company manufactures medicine for the clients and is also doing some clinical research and development. Their strength includes the some of the key factors to consider for a successful procurement and distribution management. While the area for improvement includes upgrading the ERP software to Cloud ERP software to increase the efficiency and productivity of the supply chain and procurement function. One of the greatest factors of the company is that they are always open for improvement. With this factor, the company will become well known and more successful.
