The researchers used purposive sampling design the participants were 221 non-commissioned police officers from different cities of Cavite. The study was conducted in Bacoor, Imus, Trece Martires and Tagaytay City Cavite from August 2018 to March 2018. The researchers utilized descriptive-correlational method using a three part questionnaires: the first was to determine the demographic profile, the second was used to measure the level of the obedience which has 36- items, and the last was used to measure the level of resilience consisting of 15 items. In order to analyze the relationship between demographic profile, obedience and resilience, Spearman rank correlation was used. The study revealed that most participants were at the age bracket 34-40 years old and most of the participants were married, while majority of the non-commissioned police officers have rendered 5-7 years length of service. The result revealed that the participants were obedient and most of the participants have a very resilient level. The research also found that there was no significant relationship between demographic profile and the level of obedience, and between demographic profile and the level of resilience. But, there was a significant relationship between obedience and resilience. This indicates that obedient individual is more likely to be resilient. A very resilient individual is more open and willing to accept new challenges in their lives and have courage to obey regardless of how stressful the command is and the pressure ought by the authority.
