Abstract: ANASCO, CHARMINE MARIE J, Self-concept, Level f Commitment and Problems of Ministerial Movement Pastors of Cavite. Bachelor of Science in Psychology Cavite State University. April 2011: Adviser: Ms.lmelda R. Filart. The study was conducted to determine the relationships of self-concept to the level of commitment and problem level of Ministerial Movement Pastors of Cavite. Specifically, this study aimed to: (l) determine the self-concept level of Pastors (2) determine the level of commitment of Pastors (3) determine the problems encountered level of Pastors (4) determine the significant relationship between self-concept level and level of commitment of Pastors (5) determines the significant relationship between self-concept level and problems of Pastors and (6) determine the significant relationship between level of commitment and problem encountered level of Pastors. It was found out that Pastors of Tanza and Trece Ministerial Movement had a high positive regard about themselves. Also, they are faithful to their vocation as Pastor, and they have a special mission or task for the church they too have their own struggle in their life. The result showed that there is no significant relationship existed between the level of self-concept to the level of commitment and problem level of Pastors. This indicates that perceived oneself would not have an impact to the commitment and problems of Pastors. Lastly, results of the study showed that there is significant relationship existed between level of commitment and problem level of the Pastors. This is may be due to the fact that Pastors believe that once they commit their lives to the Lord problems, they may encounter is a challenge to meet and this reveals the work of God in their lives.
