Del Espiritu Santo, MAEd, LPT, RPm This descriptive research aimed to determine the level of autonomy, ego identity, and anxiety of adolescent orphans. It also aimed to determine the relationship between autonomy, ego identity, and anxiety of adolescent orphans. A total of 107 adolescent tans with an age ranging from 13-17 years old and residing in an orphanage in the Tonal Capital Region and Region IV-A CALABARZON for at least five years were )osively involved in this study. The researchers used a total of three questionnaires to ect the required data in the study. These were Autonomy Scale, Assessment of Identity Development in Adolescence (AIDA), and Anxiety Scale. A significant relationship between the adolescent orphans' autonomy and ego identity was found in this study. In addition, a significant relationship occurred between autonomy and anxiety level of the participants. Lastly, results showed a significant relationship between ego identity and anxiety level among them. Through this research, researchers determined that adolescent orphans have an average level of autonomy, identity, and anxiety.
