The study was conducted to determine the relationship among academic motivation, study skills, and academic performance of fourth year college students under Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) in Cavite State University. Specifically, this study aimed to determine whether the level of academic motivation and study skills can predict the academic performance of fourth year college students under Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) in Cavite State University. The study made use of the descriptive-correlational design. Total population sampling was utilized to select the 100 students as participants of the study. The 28-item Academic Motivation Scale by Alleluia and Rosano (2014) adapted from Vallerand et al. (1992) and the 18-item Adapted Study Skills Inventory by Bongcayao et al. (2018) were used as instruments to collect the data. Grade point average from 1st semester, A.Y. 2018-2019 was employed to get the academic performance of the students. Frequency and percentage, mean, and standard deviation, Spearman rank correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis were the statistical tools used in the study. The study found out that fourth year college students under Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) in terms of academic motivation was in a very high level same as to their study skills while their academic performance was found to be good in accordance to university grading system. In addition, there was significant relationship between academic motivation and study skills. However, findings showed there is no significant relationship between academic motivation and academic performance as well as between study skills and academic performance. With regards to the predictor, a motivation was found to be the predictor of the academic performance
