This study was conducted to determine the effect of ISO Certification on the individual and organizational performance in the provincial offices of Cavite. Specifically, it aimed to: (1) determine the performance rating of the provincial government in Cavite through Office Performance Commitment and Review (OPCR), Client or Stakeholders Feedback Rating, and Individual Performance Commitment and Review (IPCR); (2) describe the trend on the OPCR, IPCR, and Feedback Rating from 2015 to 2018; (3) associate the relationship between the IPCR, OPCR, and Feedback Rating of the provincial government in Cavite; and (4) determine the effect of ISO certification in the improvement on OPCR and IPCR Rating of the provincial government in Cavite. Descriptive, correlational, and causal research design were used to conduct this study using the secondary data gathered from the participants. The participants of the study were the seven ISO Certified provincial offices of Cavite. Based on the findings of the study, there is an inconsistent trend of performance however, majority of seven provincial offices were still rated outstanding from 2015 to 2018. In terms of the relationship between IPCR, OPCR and Feedback rating, the result showed that the IPCR Rating has a positive significant relationship to OPCR Rating and Feedback Rating. Nevertheless, only OPCR Rating and Feedback Rating do not have a significant relationship. The study also found out that OPCR Rating has a moderate significant relationship to Feedback Rating. This study revealed that there is a small improvement but ISO Certification has no effect on the improvement of individual and organizational performance of the provincial offices of Cavite.
