The study entitled "E-Commerce: National Coffee Research Development and Extension Center" was created to identify the problem encountered by the company using the manual transaction, analyzed and designed through the use of different diagrams. The system was develop and evaluated using unit, integration as well as system testing. It is also created to help the National Coffee Research Development and Extension Center as well as their customers lessen the time consumed using the traditional way of transaction. The study helped the organization broaden market range by promoting the organization's products and services offered electronically. The software presented products and services offered and can access it anywhere and anytime as long as there is an intend connection. Furthermore, promoting the products and services may be easily post in the website to publish it worldwide The Software Development Methodology was used as the method of the software. It has seven process workflows which include the following: analyze/planning, breakdown priority project, design module, code — test / debug, integration of sub procedures, integration with existing system, and test / implementation. The software was developed through the use of different development tools which includes the following: PHP, the general purpose-scripting language that is especially suited for web development, Adobe Photoshop CS3 for the background of the software, RedKoda 3.0 for the diagram design, MySql for data storage and logging of user data, and Dreamweaver for the construction of codes and Microsoft office for the documentation. Using different testing and evaluation, it revealed that the software has an ability to interact with its user easily it was shown that the software provides reliable transactions and displays the needed reports in every operation.
