Abstract: FIGUEROA MAYNARD L. and COLLADO ROLANDO C. JR. Development of an Online Graduate Tracer Study Program for Cavite State University- Main Campus. Undergraduate Thesis. Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. December 2019. Adviser Mr. Simeon E. Daez. This study entitled "Development of an online Graduate Tracer Study Program for Cavite State University-Main Campus." was developed to assist the OSAS in the dissemination of their research and to provide a collection of information regarding the alumni of Cavite State University-Main Campus. While conducting the research, the researchers used questionnaires and interviews to gather data from the OSAS staff and personnel. The system provides seven modules, the account management module, user verification module, feedback module, profile management module, job hiring module, survey and report module. This project helps to build a function where the admin can print the reports from the survey. It also helps to make a message button on the job hiring module for the alumni to directly communicate with the company who are posting on the system and a function where the Alumni can upload a profile picture to easily determine by the admin. This study will assist the OSAS in the dissemination of their survey through the use of tracer study. With this large amount of chance to gather information about the alumni, the information could also help them specially those who are still unemployed and looking for a job. Therefore this system will give them more opportunity to find jobs.
