Adviser: Engr. Rico C. Asuncion. The Development Plan of Cavite State University — General Trias Campus was conducted at Cavite State University — Main Campus from June 2013 to March 2014.
The study aimed to prepare a physical development plan and to design a four-storey school building. The lot allocated for the campus has an area of 123, 969 sq. m. and the proposed building has a lot area of 2091 sq. m. The development plan includes a four-storey school building, office of student affairs, gymnasium, administration building, bleachers, oval, courts, grandstand, dormitories, infirmary, library, housing and other school facilities. The study includes the architectural plan, structural plans, and cost estimate of the proposed four-storey building. It also includes plumbing and electrical plans. Site development plan also includes the drainage system and road network. The project cost estimate for the proposed four-storey college building was P 117,694,137.70 All specification needed were followed in the design process. Detailed analysis of the design was proven safe and economical after the manual computation of the design.
