ROSAL., Fit n' Chill Entrepreneurial Development Project, Bachelor of Science in Business Management major in Financial Management and Marketing Management. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. June 2019. Adviser Ms. Janice E. Paiton. Fit n' Chill was an enterprise development project operated for 88 days from January 18 to April 15, 2019 at 205 Balubad Road, Marahan II, Alfonso, Cavite and Camella Springville, Molino ill, Bacoor City, Cavite. The enterprise aimed to apply the gained knowledge and skills in Business Management through actual business undertaking. Specially it aimed to promote an innovative ice cream which infused with vegetables and fruits such as malunggay, orange and lemon; aimed to determine the viability of the ice cream infused food business; determined the profitability of an ice cream business; and to identify the problems encountered during business operations and suggest feasible solutions to the problems identified. The business was in the form of partnership. The initial capital investment of the business was Php 30,000 equally contributed by each member of the group. Fit n' Chill offered three different flavours of ice cream such as the Malunggay, Lemon and Orange. Different strategies in production and marketing were determined and applied during the conduct of the business such as advertising through social media specifically Facebook and lnstagram. For the 88 days operation, the enterprise generated, total sales of P39, 328.00. After deducting the operating expense, a net income of P9, 255.80 was generated.
