The study was conducted to know the effectiveness of Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) implementation on beneficiaries of Barangay Cabilang Baybay, Carmona Cavite. Specifically, the study aimed: (1) To know the demographic profile of the beneficiaries of Barangay Cabilang Baybay, Carmona Cavite; (2) To determine how sufficient is 4Ps to the beneficiaries of Barangay Cabilang Baybay Carmona Cavite; (3) To determine how efficient is the implementation of 4Ps at Barangay Cabilang Baybay, Carmona Cavite; and (4) To understand how efficient is 4Ps in alleviating poverty of beneficiaries at Barangay Cabilang Baybay, Carmona Cavite. The study followed the quantitative approach, descriptive research design. The participants of the study were 72 4Ps beneficiaries from Barangay Cabilang Baybay, Carmona Cavite, who is at least a member of 4Ps for three to four years and are qualified for the conditionalities of the program. The study used purposive sampling by following the criteria set in choosing the respondents. The overall result of the study on the effectiveness of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) implementation on the beneficiaries of Barangay Cabilang Baybay, Carmona Cavite. In the result of the Net Agreement Rating, the sufficiency of 4Ps is 26.81%, which falls under 'moderate' interpretation. The efficiency of 4Ps implementation is 89.58%, which falls under 'excellent' interpretation. And the efficiency in alleviating poverty is 85.69%, which falls under 'excellent' interpretation. Overall, the effectiveness of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) implementation on the beneficiaries of Barangay Cabilang Baybay, Carmona Cavite, according to the Net Agreement Rating is 67.36% which falls under 'very good' interpretation.
