The case study was conducted at Royale Tagaytay Country Club, Inc. at Buck Fstate, Alfonso Cavite from October 09, 2017 to November 10, 2017. The study focused mainly on the benefits, incentives and training programs of the company to determine what motivates the staff and hence contribute to the company's growth. The study aimed to describe the profile of the company; describe the benefits, incentives and training programs for the employees; analyze the benefits, incentives and training programs conducted using SWOT analysis and identify the problems encountered in the implementation of benefits, incentives and training programs and recommend feasible solutions. Surveys, interviews and observations were the methods used to collect the data from Royale Tagaytay Country Club, Inc. Questionnaires were given by the researcher to chosen employees for the survey. Observations were done by the researcher inside the Royale Tagaytay Country Club, Inc. and personal interviewswere conducted with the company's respective personnel. Other data and information were collected by the researcher from the files and records of Royale Tagaytay Country Club, Inc. Descriptive research was used in this study. Descriptive method involved the analysis and evaluation of the current situation of the Royale Tagaytay Country Club, Inc. Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT) analysis was used inanalyzing the benefits, incentives and training programs implemented by Royale Tagaytay Country Club, Inc. This study was designed to determine how benefits, incentives and training programs that employees receive impact to their job. Royale Tagaytay Country Club, Inc. wants to improve the benefits and incentives that must be given to all employees inspite of their positions. Training programs for the employees need to be improved and they need more seminars for employees to develop skill sets that allow them to undertake a greater variety of work and increase the ability to respond effectively to change. The results of this study could help the officers and a supervisors prevent possible problems that stem from employee dissatisfaction. Managers can implement training methods that employees favor and offer benefits and incentives that are more likely to value and hence remain loyal to the company
