Abstract: This study focused on the levels of Self-esteem and Self-efficacy in Empowering Youth of Gabriela at Cavite State University from September 2021 to June 2022. The respondents were selected using total population sampling, a type of purposive sampling technique. This study engaged in relational research design. Descriptive statistics, bivariate statistics, correlational analysis, chi-square test, and t-test were used for the correlation of Self-esteem and Self-efficacy in Empowering Youth of Gabriela at Cavite State University. The study revealed that self-esteem and self-efficacy have no significant relationship to empowering Gabriela Youth at Cavite State University. However, the members got a high level of self-efficacy, which is essential for the organization's success in advocating academic issues and the democratic rights of students inside and outside the university. In addition, self-esteem got a moderate level compared to self-efficacy among Gabriela Youth-CvSU members. Thus, the results of this study can be used as a base in social work practice that self-esteem and self-efficacy are essential factors in facilitating and intervening with the clients. The study recommends that the organization should have training activities that focus on self-esteem and self- efficacy, which provide and maintain the members' motivation, self-value, and belief to carry out the organizational objectives.
