Abstract: ABSTRACT BAYBAYON, AINA B., GUERRA, MIKHAEL B. Programs and Services of Bahay Pag-asa in the Social Functioning of Children in Conflict with the Law (CICL). Undergraduate Thesis. Bachelor of Science in Social Work. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. May 2018, Adviser: Renato T. Agdalpen. This study was about the Programs and Services of Bahay Pag-asa in the Social Functioning of Children in Conflict with the Law in Strie Halfway House at Bacoor and Bahay Kalinga in Dasmarinas, Cavite. It explored the efficiency of Programs and Services of the said institutions and how these affected the social functioning of children in conflict with the law (CICL). The study originally involved 10 CICL. A self-made survey questionnaire v.as used by the researchers. Descriptive was utilized as the research design and supported by the quantitative approach. Based on the results, programs and services of the institutions played the biggest role to change the way children act toward their peers, staff and other people inside and out Bahay Pag-asa- They learned to properly manage their own self, to become independent, to have eagerness to be involved and make change in their community, also to express themselves to other people, unlike before that they believe that no one can understand them and their situation, they learned that they have responsibility to obey rules and regulations and to respect the authority of people who are taking care of them. And last, they understand that God has a wonderful plan for them, but they need to work hard for it.
