This study aimed to determine the factors influencing employability of Bachelor of Science (BS) Criminology graduates batches 2015-2019 of Cavite State University - Coliege of Criminal Justice, Main Campus. Specifically, this aimed to: 1) identify the employment data of the participants in terms of employment status, present occupation and years of service; 2) assess the factors that can affect the employability of criminology graduates in terms of communication skills, entrepreneurial skills, problem-solving skills, human relation skills, information technology skills, critical thinking skills, leadership skills, adaptive skills and teamwork skills; 3) determine the significant relationship between the employment data and the factors that can affect the employability of criminology graduates; and 4) determine the significant difference between the employment data and the factors that can affect the employability of criminology graduates. A quantitative research design was applied, specifically descriptive design where a survey questionnaire was used to gather feedback from the respondents. The findings of this study revealed that most Of the employed respondents are regular or permanent in their workplace as majority Of them are self-employed as well as working in the tri-bureau agencies that was in line with their completed course. There is a significant relationship between the employment status and the factors that can affect the employability of criminology graduates in terms of entrepreneurial skills as most of the respondents are self-employed and chose to manage their own business. Likewise, information technology skills had a significant relationship to the employment status of the graduates because it is mostly needed in a workplace. There is a significant difference between the employment status and the factors that can affect the employability of criminology graduates in terms of information technology skills because in today's technology-driven world, most professionals need at least a basic understanding of information technology to succeed in nearly any position and information technology skills are in demand in the workplace.
