Abstract: GARCIA, FATIMA MAE A. AND LINTAO, LEONARDO C. Analysis of the School Health Services Rendered by University Infirmary to Cavite State University, Main Campus. Undergraduate Thesis. Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. May 2018. Adviser: Dr. Evelyn M. del Mundo. Co-adviser: Jocelyn B. Dimayuga, RN, MAN. The school health service is an important component to identify the existing health status of the children, (UNESCO, 2015). This study aimed to analyzed school health services rendered by the University Infirmary Cavite State University, Main Campus. The participants are 400 Students, 213 Faculty members and 10 Health Personnel. The researchers utilized descriptive quantitative and purposive sampling. The self-made questionnaire tool was validated, and pilot tested using Cronbach Alpha = .910 valid and reliable. The actual data results show students' and faculty availed consultation, minor surgery, first aid treatment, annual physical examination, issuance of medical certificate, oral consultation and prophylaxis, Chest X- ray, blood typing, CBC with platelet count, urinalysis, fecalysis, pregnancy test, fasting blood sugar, cholesterol, BUN, BUA, creatinine, lipid profile and cholesterol test. Majority of the participants answered often on extent of implementation of school health services by the University Infirmary that includes; health services, health education, nutritional education, healthy school environment, human and health resource, record management and quality health standard. Using One Way of Variance (ANOVA), the significant value is greater than the 0.05 level of significance. Therefore, there is no significant difference between the response of students, faculty member and health personnel in relation to the extent of implementation of the school health services rendered by the University Infirmary. The researchers recommend to the students and faculty that they should be aware and recognize the services of university infirmary through pamphlets, posters, and print ads at Cavite State University Website. While to the health personnel should attend seminars and trainings regarding standard protocol to enhance and further improved the health services and to orient the students during general orientation during admission regarding policies and guideline on the health services offered. There should be security personnel as mandated by Health Facilities and Regulatory Bureau (2013).
