MSCJ. This study aimed to determine the effects of Covid-19 Pandemic to Document and
Information Security in Cavite State University Main Campus. Specifically, to describe the
effects of Covid-19 pandemic to document and information security in Cavite State University
Main Campus, to determine the security and health protocols in handling document and
information of the members of the Cavite State University Main Campus amidst of Covid-19
Pandemic and, to define the problem encountered by the faculty and students of Cavite State
University on the Document and Information Security during Covid-19 Pandemic.
Descriptive correlation was used in the study. The primary source of data was the
selected students and faculty members of different colleges in Cavite State University Indang
Main Campus who has their personal consent to be part of the study. Survey Questionnaire was
the main gathering tools using google forms that was used to determine the effects of Covid-19
Pandemic to Document and Information Security in Cavite State University. The participants of
the study are randomly chosen which composed of two hundred (200) students and Fifteen (15)
Faculty members from different colleges in Cavite State University Main Campus.
The result of the study shows that the Cavite State University Main Campus is extremely
effective in maintaining the document and information security during Covid19 Pandemic. As
regards to the security and health protocols it is found out that the Cavite State University Main Campus properly handle the document and information by
implementing different security and health protocols to all document and information for the
safety of the students, faculty members, and stakeholders. On the other hand, it is found out
that during the Covid-19 Pandemic a lot of issues arises with regards to document and
information security that really affects the students and faculty members of Cavite State
