A three-month enterprise development project (EDP) was conducted at Trece Martires City Public Market. The entrepreneurs deposited P30,000.00 as the initial capital of the enterprise and operated from June 2, 2015 to August 30, 2015. The project was established by three student-entrepreneurs who applied the knowledge and skills they have learned and gained from their business management subjects in the actual business operation. Specifically, the enterprise aimed to describe the operation and strategies of the business, determine its profitability. The project was engaged in innovation the classic burger patty. The products offered were longganisa burger, chicken burger and bottled drinks. Target market particularly the market vendors patronize the product, not only for its affordability but because of its taste. For three months of operation, the enterprise achieved total sales of P32,975.00and generated a net profit of P2,139.00.the entrepreneurs likewise learned the name patience, hard work in customer service in operating the. Location also played a very important part in the success of any business.
