Enterprise Development Project, Bachelor of Science in Business Management major in Human Resource Development Management, Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. April 2015. Dairy King Cold Delights was an entrepreneurial development project conducted by three Bachelor of Science in Business Management students namely: Eifryl Bautista, Aileen Karen Acidella, and Rowell Angelo B. Eugenio. The said project was conducted from November 11, 2014 to February 17, 2015 and was located in Cavite State University, Indang Cavite. The project aimed to determine the profitability of the business Dairy King Cold Delights in selling different flavors of Ice cream among students of Cavite State University, Indang Campus and nearby towns of General Trias, Trece Martires and Tagaytay City, Cavite and to provide the students the opportunity to apply their gained knowledge, theories and skills in Business Management. The business used cost based and mark up pricing and competitor based pricing in order to come up with the selling price for each product. Dairy King Cold Delight market were students, office worker and faculty members of Cavite State University (both high school and college). To further promote their products, entrepreneurs used different promotional and marketing strategies such as dissemination of flyers, promo cards, consignment, tarpaulins, and advertising through social media such as faceboook. During the whole period of business operation, the highest volume of production was in the fourth month while the lowest production was in the first month. For the entire business operation Dairy King was able to generate a total sales amounting to P112,378.00 with a cost of sales which amounted to P96,829.39 and a net income of P8,579.69. The business Gross Profit Margin (GPM) was 13.84 percent, Net Profit Margin (NPM) was 7.64 percent, Return of Investment (ROI) was 28.60 percent, and the Return of Assets (ROA) was 19.88 percent.
