The study aimed to develop a Centralized Monitoring System of Central Computer Laboratories supported by Local Area Network (LAN). It was conducted to maintain the effectiveness and efficiency of the computer units in the Central Computer Laboratories. The clients of the Central Computer Laboratories are technicians, instructors, students, and even walk-in user. The information on the procedures and report generation were consolidated and analyzed. Visual Basic Version 6.0 was used to develop the software. Data collected were used to generate reports. The software automated the monitoring of the computer units in the CCL. Reports were generated proficiently all the way through the computerization of the system.
