The study was conducted at Wacker Neuson Manila Inc., located at First Cavite Industrial Estate (FCIE) Brgy. Langkaan IT, Dasmarinas, Cavite form 23 January, 2017 to 2 March, 2017 to: analyze the operations practices of Wacker Neuson Manila Inc.; describe the profile of the company; determine the different products of the company; determine if the operations practices affect the productivity of the company and to analyze the operations practices of the company using SWOT analysis. The production process related to the company’s operations practices was described and discussed in the study including problems encountered and solution recommended. All specific objectives were achieved, including the description and analysis of the company profile, productivity and other related operations practices.
The data and information were gathered from the records of the company, including the handbook, some personal interviews and observation of the author in her 320 hours of stay in the company.
Descriptive and SWOT analysis methods were used in analyzing the information regarding the operations practices of Wacker Neuson Manila Inc. The descriptive method involved the description, recording, analysis and interpretation of the prevailing situation of Wacker Neuson Manila Inc. Results of the study showed that the daily operations of Wacker Neuson Manila had some constraints, but was still managed effectively by the company. The evaluation of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats on the operations practices was made in the analysis section of the study.
