Abstract: MUESTRO, RACHELLE ROMANES. "STA. MARIA FEEDMILL - STA. MARIA, BULACAN", An Undergraduate Case Study, Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness. Don Severino agricultural College. April, 1994. Adviser: Miss Lina C. Abogadie. A three-month field study was conducted at Sta. Maria Feedmill located at Dulong Bayan, Sta. Maria, Bulacan. It aimed to apply the gained theoretical knowledge, skills and tools in agribusiness management into actual situations in the field. Problems were identified and feasible solutions were recommended. It was found out that the firm was facing problems both internally and externally. There were no clear cut policies on duties and responsibilities of each personnel that lead to conflict of authority. To solve this problem, there must be a written policy that will guide the personnel of their duties and responsibilities. Maintaining quality feeds was also one of the problems faced by the firm. Production process should be closely monitored by the supervisors and a thorough quality control should be strictly implemented. Lastly, the firm should maintain stricter selling/payment policies in order to prevent the accumulation of collectibles.
