Bachelor of Science in International Studies major in European Studies. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite, June 2018. Adviser: Prof. Roderick M. Rupido. This study was conducted to: present the overview of the bilateral agreement of culture of the Philippines and Germany; identify the projects and programs resulted from the agreement on cultural cooperation of Germany and the Philippines; discuss the projects and programs of cultural cooperation between Germany and the Philippines; and determine the outputs from these different projects and programs of cultural cooperation between Germany and the Philippines. Descriptive research design and qualitative approach was used in this study. Descriptive analysis was used in analyzing the data on cultural cooperation between Germany and the Philippines. These include the cultural agreements, programs, projects and institutions of Germany and Philippines. Data were collected through participant observation and interviews. Other sources of data came from secondary information from the following institutions: Department of Foreign Affairs, Cultural Center of the Philippines, German Embassy in the Philippines, Goethe Institute Philippines, and National Library, and from the official websites of German Embassy in the Philippines, Philippine Embassy in Germany, and Department of Foreign Affairs. The Philippines and Germany had one cultural cooperation agreement.
