The study had a total of 200 respondents in selected manufacturing companies from the municipalities of General Trias, Dasmarilias, Imus and Rosario. Descriptive statistical tools that were used to analyze the study were frequency count, percentage, mean, range, and standard deviation. Based on the result, 18 to 33 years old have the most number of respondents which was 83.5 percent. Most of the participants were male with 57.5 percent and single with 71 percent. There were 39 percent who finished high school. The length of service has the most number of participants ranging from 1 to 40 years with 87.5 percent. The highest percent of participants with 35.5 have a monthly income of P7, 000 to P9, 000.
