Abstract: BEATO, LLOYD ANDREI A., CAUSAREN, MARVIE S., JAVIER, KARLA STEPHAN B., LAURINO, ELSON B. Effects of Work-From-Home Arrangements on the Psychological Well-Being and Work-Family Interaction of College Instructors of Cavite State University. Undergraduate Thesis. Bachelor of Science in Business Management major in Human Resource Development Management, Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. August 2022. Adviser: Ms. Mary Grace A. Ilagan. Work-from-home offers a new range of possibilities for the way teachers can work. With the occurrence of pandemic, working from home gave teachers the flexibility they need to continue their academic responsibility while prioritizing their health, wellbeing, and their family relationships. With the limited studies on the effects of work-from-home arrangements on the psychological well-being and work-family interaction which targeted those in the academe in the area of interest, research was conducted among college instructors of Cavite State University in the Philippines. Using cross-sectional data obtained from 300 samples and analyzed using ordered logistic regression, it was found that work- from-home arrangements composed of the physical, executive, and the work environment with the use of the internet are significant predictors of psychological well- being and work-family interaction of college instructors. Findings imply that maintaining better work-from-home arrangements would boost higher level of autonomy, environmental mastery, personal growth, positive relationship, purpose in life, and self-acceptance, while promoting more favorable personal emotions, work engagement, and domestic conditions. Thus, it is recommended to further develop this study by identifying other factors that may likewise affect an individual's psychological well-being and work-family interaction.
