The study entitled, "Assessment of Income, Investment and Savings Decisions of Sustainable Livelihood Program - Micro-enterprise Development Beneficiaries in Selected Areas of Cavite" was conducted to: (I) determine the socio-economic profile of Sustainable Livelihood Program- Micro-enterprise Development beneficiaries; (2) identify the perceived benefits of SLP- MD beneficiaries from the program; (3) determine the main factors that can affect the decisions of the SLP- MD beneficiaries towards their accumulation of income, investment and savings; (4) determine the implications of the SLP- MD in the beneficiaries' income, savings and investment decisions; (5) ascertain the relationship between the perceived benefits of the beneficiaries and the perceived implication of the SLP- MD towards their income, investment and savings decisions; and (6) to identify the problems encountered by the beneficiaries of SLP- MD. The study focused on three cities/ municipality of Cavite namely: Dasmarinas City, Imus City and Tanza with a total of 140 beneficiaries were included in the study. The random sampling method using Slovin's formula was used to determine the total number of participants. Percentage, mean, frequency count and standard deviation were used to identify and determine the socio-economic profile of the SLP- MD beneficiaries, factors affecting the income, investment and savings decisions of the beneficiaries and the problems encountered while under the program. Likert Scale was used to determine the perceived benefits and the perceived implication of the beneficiaries from the program. While, Wilcoxon signed rank test was used to measure the perceived implication of the beneficiaries to the SLP- MD. The statistical tool Spearman rank correlation coefficient was used to identify if there is a relationship between the perceived benefits of the beneficiaries and the perceived implication of the program towards their income investment and savings decisions. Most of the SLP- MD beneficiaries belonged to the age range of 38 to 46 years old: majority of them were female and most of them were married: most of the respondents only reached high school: and majority of the business engaged in SLP-MD were into merchandise retailing. The beneficiaries have answered that the SLP- MD has positive implication towards their income, investments and savings decisions, however, based on the statistical results the implication of the program is minimal, therefore it is not significant enough to conduct( that the beneficiaries' income, investment and savings were improved after the program.
