The study aimed to provide a database storage to the information collected from different offices; allow sharing of data among the connected offices by applying the client-server application; and minimize the effort in distributing the reports by using the concept of Local Area Networking. Different methods in gathering data and in formation were used such as interviews and research through reading and surfing the Internet. Entity Relationship Diagram, Normalization, and Data Dictionary were used through the analysis of the system. A series of tests was also used such as function testing, performance testing, acceptance testing, and installation testing. The feasibility of the product was evaluated using the cost-benefit analysis. Visual Basic Version 6.0 was the programming language used to develop the software and Structured Query Language(SQL) was used as a tool for the database.
