Abstract: The study 8ntitled "Application of Complete Fertilizer on the Growth Stages of Garlic’ was conducted at the experimental field of the Don Severino Agricultural College Indang, Cavite from November, 1976 to March, 1977, to determine the best time of applying complete fertilizer. Fertilizer was applied once but at different times following the field layout at the rate of 900 kilograms per 7 hectare. Treatment 1, (basal application of fertilizer) Treatment 2, (fertilized 15 days after planting), Treatment 3, (fertilized 30 days after planting), Treatment 4, (fertilized 45 days after planting), and control (unfertilized , plot). Highly significant results were obtained in all the characters studied, Treatment 1, basal application produced the tallest plants, largest diameter of cloves and highest computed yield per hectare of 2,000 kilograms.
