In this study, the objectives are the following: (1) Determine the environmental groups in Naic, Cavite from 2018-2020; (2) find out the participation of the environmental groups in the development of Naic, Cavite from 2018-2020 in terms of projects and programs; and (3) make an assessment on the participation of the environmental groups in the development of Naic, Cavite from 2018-2020. The researchers focused on determining the participation of environmental groups in the development of Naic, Cavite from 2018-2022. The researchers conducted online interviews with the Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office - Naic, Cavite and environmental groups in Naic, Cavite. The researchers used qualitative research design to gather and evaluate non-numerical data to better comprehend concepts, opinions, or experiences. Also, it can be used to develop in-depth knowledge of a topic or to generate new research ideas. The topic was chosen as the relevance of groups participation in today's environment is now being questioned. Environmental groups shows dedication and participation for the improvement of its community due to non-stop environmental problems, the eagerness of every environmental groups to help is still there. Consequently, it has became a promotional tool for awareness and to educate citizens brought about activities and programs strategies. The environmental groups participation are competing to maintain environmental protection against their nasty citizens who are not cooperating and participating in their advocacy, programs and projects. This dissertation assess and determine the participation of environmental groups in the development of Naic, Cavite from 2018-2020.
