Bachelor of Science in Criminology. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. June 2022. Adviser: Dr. Marissa C. Lontoc. Generally, this study was conducted to determine the life after rehabilitation of juvenile delinquents and how they re-enter society. This study focused on juvenile delinquents from Bahay-Kalinga Dasmarinas City, Cavite re-entering society. This study was limited to children released from Bahay-Kalinga Dasmarinas City, Cavite ages 15 to 18 years old who were involved in sexual offenses and petty crimes such as shoplifting, robbery, theft, street fights, misdemeanor, and other crimes with a maximum punishment of six years. The study employed qualitative methods and interview using semi-standardized questions was conducted to collect information to determine what experiences are encountered by the juveniles after their rehabilitation. This method is used to determine the process of recording, analyzing, classifying, and interpreting data gathered with or without statistical methods of juvenile delinquents. The participants in the study were the selected juveniles in Brgy. Sta. Cristina I and Paliparan III(Dasmariñas City) in the Province of Cavite. The study shows that three (3) out of five (5) are still committing recidivism, where one out of these three are already involved in a crime with higher punishment and are already imprisoned. The other two are, although they still feel like they are little bit doubted, they are still being helped and supported by their parents/guardians and family in their community services and schooling. It is suggested for parents and guardians to attend seminars and training regarding juvenile delinquents, recidivism, proper nurturing after rehabilitation, and other topics on different kinds of platforms such as social-media, face-to-face.
