Abstract: PAGARAO, JASPHER PHILIP M. and PAJES, MARK ANTHONY T. Proposed Septage Treatment Facility in Cavite State University-Main Campus at Indang, Cavite. Undergraduate Design Project. Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Cavite State University Indang, Cavite. May 2017. Adviser: Engr. Renato B. Cubilla. The study was entitled “Proposed Septage Treatment Facility in Cavite State University - Main Campus at Indang, Cavite” and conducted at Cavite State University — Main Campus from August 2016 to May 2017 under the supervision of Engr. Renato B. Cubilla. The study aimed to provide a design of Septage Treatment Facility in Cavite State University-Main Campus at Indang, Cavite. It has a total lot area of 14,520 m’, the lot for the Septage Treatment Facility has an area of 8451.8 m? and the administration building has an area of 264.7 m’. The study provided the sizes of different lagoons that were in the proposed septage treatment facility and also architectural and structural plan of the proposed administration building including electrical and plumbing layout. The analysis of the individual structural member was obtained using Structural Aided Analysis and Design (STAAD) software. The structural design of the building was done in conformance with the National Structural Code of the Philippines (NSCP 2010), and ACI] Code standards. The facility has a maximum wastewater flow 1248 m’ and minimum wastewater flow of 428 m* The project cost was found by the authors to be P 14,959,122.57 for Septage Treatment Facility and P 5,971,475.18 for the Administration Building. The total project cost of P 20,930,597.75 excluding electrical and plumbing works. From the design computations and analysis, it can be concluded that all the designed sections and materials used were safe and economical.
