"The Effect of Combined Malunggay Leaves (Neringa Qleifera) and Soybean Curd (Glycine max) On the Performance of Quails (Coturnix coturnix)." Adviser: Prof. Eraho C. Esguerra The study was conducted in order to determine the effect of combined malunggay leaves and soybean curd mixed with commercial feeds on the performance of quails and ta find out which among the different treatment ration is best far quail as feeds. The treatments used were the following: Tg - central, 100% commercial feeds; T, - 5% malunggay leaves + 190% soybean curd + 85 % commercial feeds; T2 - 10 malunggay leaves + 15 % soybean curd + 75 % commercial feeds; Tz - 15° % malunggay leaves + 20 % soybean curd + 45 % commercial feeds; and Tqg - 20 % malunggay leaves + 25 4% soybean curd + 55 % commercial feeds. After four months of experimentation, the results revealed that the use of 15 % malunggay leaves and 20 % soybean curd plus 65 % commercial feeds gave best results in terms of total egg production and egg production efficiency. Based on the results, significant differences were obtained in total egg production and egg production efficiency. Noa significant difference was observed in the other observations such as final weight, gain in weight, average weekly feed consumption and feed conversion efficiency.
