Bachelor of Science in International Studies major in European Studies. Cavite State University. Indang, Cavite. November 2014. Adviser: Prof Renato T. Agdalpen. This study was conducted to: (1) identify the agreements in cultural cooperation between the Philippines and Spain from 2002-2012. (2) determine the programs of the cultural cooperation of the Philippines and Spain based on the following areas: Language, Cinema, Music, and (3) define the implication of cultural cooperation of Spain and the Philippines in terms of cultural aspects here in the Philippines. Descriptive analysis were used in analyzing the data on cultural cooperation between Spain and the Philippines. These include the cultural agreements, cultural programs and cultural institutions of Spain and the Philippines. The sources of data in this study were collected through secondary information in the following institutions: Spanish embassy in the Philippines, Instituto Cervantes de Manila and Department of Foreign Affairs Also, through the official websites of Department of Foreign Affairs, Spanish Embassy in the Philippines (maec.com), Instituto Cervantes de Manila, Spanish Cultural for Cultural Cooperation (spcc.ph) and donquijote.org (Spanish culture). The Philippines and Spain had eight cultural cooperation agreements but only three agreements were only focused on the area of language, cinema and music
