Abstract: A joint activity on the technology of using gabi tuber meal as feed supplement to finishing hog with the aim of accelerating growth rate, reduction of feed cost and advocating its continuous practice s conducted at Barangay Agus-os, Indang, Cavite from August 4, 1988 to December 14, 1988. Three piglets were used in this project with total initial weight of 26 kilograms or an average weight of 8.67 kilograms. All approved practices in swine production was followed during the entire period of the project. After four months of rear in the animals gained a total weight of 216 kilograms. Fattened hogs reached market age earlier than the projected time and they were able to exhibit a feed efficiency of 3.61 kilo-grams. A net proceed amounting to 0740.00 was realized. Farmer cooperator was convinced of using gabi tuber meal as feed supplement for fattening hogs.
